Daily Pic 4 : Across Mansilla from the apartment

It seems that almost most of the apartments in Buenos Aires have balconies. Well around here they do anyway. But, we never see people on them. They tend to be full of outdoor furniture, bicycles, plants and things you wouldn't keep indoors in an apartment but they don't seem to be used. Perhaps when the weather warms up we'll see more people out on their balconies. This evening I spotted these two kids playing on theirs.
